{"id":79321,"date":"2026-01-05T11:51:59","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T11:51:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mnews.mn\/?p=79321"},"modified":"2026-01-05T11:52:04","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T11:52:04","slug":"invitation-for-the-selection-of-a-private-sector-partner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/mnews.mn\/?p=79321","title":{"rendered":"INVITATION FOR THE SELECTION OF A PRIVATE SECTOR PARTNER"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Date:&nbsp;<\/strong>26 December, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Name of the Selection Process: &nbsp;Private Partner Selection for the&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>\u201cUlaanbaatar Public Transport Tram (LRT) Line 2\u201d<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>project<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection Reference no.:&nbsp;<\/strong>2025\/04<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Governor\u2019s Office of the Capital City hereby invites Mongolian and foreign legal entities and their consortia to participate in the DBFOM (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Maintain) selection process for the \u201cUlaanbaatar Public Transport Tram (LRT) Line 2\u201d project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pursuant to Article 15, Clause 15.1.1 of the Law on Public\u2013Private Partnerships, the private partner, under the Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) model, must carry out the design, preparation of cost estimates, construction, operation, and transfer of the \u201cPublic Transport Ulaanbaatar Tramway ( LRT) Line 2\u201d project and shall transfer the partnership asset to the competent state authority in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection process must be conducted in two stages: prequalification and competitive selections as stipulated in Government Resolution No. 210 of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection documents shall be provided by&nbsp;<strong>\u201cUlaanbaatar Partnership Center\u201d LLC<\/strong>&nbsp;upon submission of an official written application expressing the intention to participate, together with proof of payment of the project document fee in the amount of USD 3,000 (three thousand) to the&nbsp;<strong>State Bank account number.
